Remote transmission and direct reading cold water meter is used to measure total volume of water by passing water pipe. Applied to small industrial consumption and family consumption, counting value is huge.

Based on traditional mechanical multithread rotating vane dry-type water meter, we increase optical sensor and smart communication module, isolated with sensor and gear counter, non-mechanical touch; isolated with counter and water which is measured, keeping the counter visible and clear, without atomization; on the top of meter we use waterproof, have anti-magnetic function.

Optical direct reading is a kind of technology which is mechanical number change into digital number, to ensure electromechanical synchronization needs change power supply hourly. Reading the cyclinder number of water meter through phototube, CPU creates numbers and output by M-BUS, RS485, LoRa, NB-loT.

    DN50 and above are all dismountable helical vane type water meter, counter separate with understructure, reading permanently keep visible and clear, change counter no need to turn off switch, repairing the water meter no need to be dismounted.

Features

Optical direct reading uses correlation direct reading technology, but there are defects of many components, circuit complex, high fault rate. Original optical path type adopts light pipe guide light, simplify circuit, self-diagnostic function to ensure data reliable.

Technology advantage of light optical direct reading： 

a) All of components are installed on the one PCB, SMT can be finished single time.

b) Light piece character wheel is installed on the same axle, ensure light-spot one to one correspondence.

c) Totally separate electrical part and mechanical part, only two screws can be installed.

d) Light piece respectively design 5 light-spots, one light pipe control two light paths, can reduce 50% of light pipe.

e) Receive light piece respectively design 5 light-spots, and 10 light pieces guide into one photo triode, can reduce use 90% of photo triode
